Have you ever wondered how the rest of the pack prepares for races? Get an inside look on how your friends or competition are training for the big race. Learn what to do and what not to do by looking at other members' training logs.1

1 In order for you to see someone else's training log, they must have granted either you, your organization, or everyone access to their training log.

Security
Grant certain rights to a member, group, team, organization or everyone. This section is where you can allow another member to view certain portions or all of your training log and profile.

Find training partners and training groups

Training Partner Search
Whether you are moving to a new city after graduation or staying put, you might need to look for a training partner that fits your training and your schedule. The training partner search allows you to find a training partner that fits your training needs. Filter by training pace, miles/week, gender, age, current and all-time best race times, geographic location, etc.

Find a training group that is the right size, pace, and in the right location. If you canít find one, start your own in our training groups section.

Maintain a master directory of athletes, alumni and coaches. This allows you to easily look up contact information for training partners from the past and present.

Memberships (New!)

Keep your team up to date with your customizable home page. Your home page will act as a newsletter to your team and alumni. When they log into athleticore it is the first page that they will see. It is a great place to put upcoming events, the current season schedule, season recaps and outlooks, and favorite links.

Know how your athletes are training during the season and off-season

Off-season
Stay informed during the off-season by viewing a group mileage report. If you would like more detail, select an athlete and view their mileage by week or day. Need more detail yet, view their training log to find out how they are feeling, how much sleep they are getting or what their resting heart rate is.

View trends
Sometimes you don't get a chance to talk with every one of your athletes on a day to day basis. Now you can find out if they are really sore or have increased their mileage drastically without them having to tell you. View all of your athletes' comments for the day in one report to find out who is fatigued or on the edge. Take a look at their weekly mileage, training pace, and hard efforts for the last 12 weeks to ensure that they are increasing their quantity and intensity safely.
